DUBAI, UAE — 17 Sep 2026: 60/40, 80/20, post-handover — what each structure means for your cash flow. Remart Properties today shared its latest analysis, drawing on Dubai Land Department transactions and the firm’s own advisory data.
Payment plans are one of the biggest differences between buying off-plan and buying ready. The split you choose decides how much cash you need now, during construction and at handover.
The common structures
- 60/40 — 60% paid in instalments during construction, 40% on handover
- 80/20 — most of the price is paid before completion; often comes with a lower entry price
- Post-handover — part of the balance is spread over 2–5 years after you receive the keys
- 1% monthly — small fixed instalments, popular with first-time investors
“The right plan is the one that matches your cash flow — not the one with the smallest down payment.”
— Remart Properties
